We trusted Mayor construction with our custom home build and they did not disappoint! Everything from foundation to framing was handled flawlessly, professionally and with high quality. They were very flexible and accommodating when we asked to change a few details on the layout and sent their crew to make those changes in timely matter. The owner Sergei checked on our project personally many times to make sure we were taken care of. We are very pleased with how our home turned out and highly recommend Mayor construction to anyone!

I recently bought a newly built property by Mayor Construction LLC. I have had an unfortunate experience working with them in regards to fixing obvious construction defects. Half of the property had zero insulation in the crawl space and I am the one that found it. Goes to show that the attention to detail simply wasn't there. I am now dealing with what appears to be the nails coming up through the flooring. Leo had his guys come by to look at it and they proceeded to start banging the bumps in the floor with a hammer. I couldn't believe it. Leo told me that replacing the floor was not an option so at this point I am forced to go down the legal route. I have a puppy who broke off a piece of kitchen cabinet trim with her tail while we were away. Come to find out the trim was held on with 1
