I would strongly advise anyone considering MB Homes to think twice before engaging with this company. Our experience working with them over the course of seven months—from November 2023 to May 2024—was marked by repeated delays, unfulfilled promises, and ultimately, a total lack of deliverables despite paying $20,000. MB Homes assured us multiple times that a building permit had been submitted to the City of Johns Creek. This turned out to be untrue. I contacted the city myself, only to learn that no application had ever been submitted. This level of misrepresentation was either negligent or outright dishonest. We also made six separate requests for engineering drawings needed for HOA approval. These were either ignored or met with incomplete documents not from the actual engineering fir

Would not recommend this contractor, lots of issues, too much to even say. My entire experience was terrible. Save yourself some trouble and find somebody else.
