MBA parking Corp

This was the worst garage parking experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The staff scratched my vehicle while attempting to park it, and neither they nor the business owner were willing to take responsibility. Despite presenting clear evidence that the damage was caused by their staff, the owner insisted it was my fault. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to accept liability. Poor service, poor management—DO NOT PARK THERE!!!

MY CAR GOT STOLEN HERE!!! I don’t even want to give them any star if there is an option. They let a stranger pick up my car without any verification. I was so lucky that my car has the tracker and the thief took it just 5 minutes before I came back to this parking garage. I called police immediately and updated to the police the car’s locations. The thief hadn’t gone too far. I got it back unbelievably safely which rarely happens in NY as police officers said. The management here is very IRRESPONSIBLE! There was only one guy was working at the time this happened, and he didn’t even speak English. He was very nice but we couldn’t communicate well. I asked him to call his manager to send someone here that at least speaks some English to help me to figure out the information about the thief,

Guy in front on weekdays tries to overcharge. The prices are clearly on the sign up front. And he tries to say tax on $22 is $8, simple math…Guy just wants extra tip for himself.

Was drawn in by sign indicating Tesla charging capability. Overnight parking with charging was $40 (out by noon). Attendant parked my car. Next day found dent on my Model Y tailgate that could only have happened here. Unfortunately, didn't discover problem until leaving the lot, so can't make claim. So, if you use this facility - beware! Try a municipal lot nearby.

Booked through SpotHero, but attendant was only willing to accept the car if I came back before closing (they’d decided to close early that day). Attendant wasn’t very pleasant either. Only giving this place 2 stars because the attendant, when I got back to the garage, was much more pleasant and helpful. That said, I will not be going back. As another person said, there are larger, better kept garages right nextdoor to choose from.
