After a very helpful conversation with Brenda in the office I ordered a new digital lock for my safe to replace the mechanical lock. Very fast delivery and installation was really easy. Flawless experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a quality product.

Had a key pad on a safe fail, ordered a matching keypad from MBA. After receiving the key pad it wouldn't work. Called MBA and was on the line with Phil for over an hour. We came to the conclusion that either the internal bolt or the cable went bad. The customer service was excellent! I want to say that Phil is one hell of a guy. We couldn't get the safe the open, but this company was definitely there for me. Meanwhile, I was standing by with a grinder ready to go just in case. I cant stress it enough how great the customer service, and Phil were. Moral of the story, don't but cheap safes, and trust MBA.

My husband had a digital lock go bad on his safe. We ordered a replacement lock from MBA with hopes of getting into the safe. Upon calling Customer Service for support we were told to install the new digital keypad & wait 15 minutes before attempting to open the safe. IT WORKED, CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WAS AMAZING!!
