Joe came out and installed two ceiling fans for us. First. He showed up on time. He was very professional, and very respectful. He took his time, answered all our questions, but most important he listened to all of my husband’s questions and answered every question we had for him. We are definitely going to call this company back when we need any electrical work done in the future and ask for Joe. Thanks for all your help, Joe! Ernie and Liz.

A simple phone call should not end in tears. The customer service I recieved over the phone was incredibly rude. I truly hope the work you give is impeccable because your customer service is a solid zero out of ten. I have never in my life written a bad review but the tone used and the fact that I was hung up on when I was asking a simple question is ridiculous.

Jack, the electrician, came over to do an estimate. In a couple of days later, he installed 2 outside garage fixture lights including the electrical hardware, outlet boxes, piping, wiring, and switch. He also installed two motion sensor lights in our back patio. Everything looks clean, sturdy, and professionally installed. Jack was professional, courteous, and very friendly. They were on time, on schedule, and efficient. We couldn't be happier with our installation and the customer service! Everything was AWESOME!!!!

I called and told them I needed a new remote for my ceiling fans because 2 were coming on hen I pressed 1 remote. They sent someone out and he checked the remotes. He said you need a different remote so I can program them differently and I didn't bring any. so he ordered one. I called them a week later to inquire when they were coming out and they said it just came in. After he installed it he said it was double what I was told. They charged me for 2 house calls. That's not right since I told them what I needed the first time and they didn't do anything the first time. I called them and complained but they still charged ne double.

Had LED lights installed throughout house. Good job. April 2021. We needed a replacement bulb for a built in entertainment unit, paid for this work to be done. Called NUMEROUS times to find out what was going on. Last contact with company was June 2. The representative, John McGill, stated bulb on back order and he would get a bulb and get replaced that week. It is now June 22 and no further contact. Very disappointed to say the least. Looking for a new electrician. If they can’t do the work, just say so and issue refund.
