What a joke. I ordered a harness and SRL. I was told both items were to be delivered to me by the 9th of September at the latest. Both receipts reflect that. When i get my order i received my SRL. I emailed customer service and no response. I called this morning the 8th of September and was told my harness won't be shipped until the 21st of September from the manufacturer. Key word there is from the manufacturer. No where did it state on the site nor my receipt when ordering, that my harness was not available at that very moment that i placed the order. Infact, not once did it mention from the manufacturer. Not once. Not in bold lettering. Not never. In fact i paid for upgraded shipping on the package because i needed it fast and in a hurry.
