Building finished in May 2018. The building itself was fine once it was constructed. However, dealing with this company was painful. Had to go back to the company for missing pieces. Also, price increased after the initial order. Company failed to keep over the phone promises about construction. The contractors they recommended were unreliable and also tried to increase the price after work was done. I would recommend finding a different company that can do it all. UPDATE 1.5 years later.... Building is still standing and have had no issues. Uploaded a photo from when erection was complete. Looks better now with lights and gravel but lack current photo. I had a very custom building that most other building companies refused. After a short conversation the sales team assured me my project was completely feasible and they would love to take it on. The whole team has been very helpful and accommodating even answering questions that I found were available in their very detailed erection manual. The building details were simple to follow and the parts were easy to handle and manipulate. I definitely recommend ICON Building Systems for any project. Their knowledge seems limitless.

Anyway, narrowed it down to three reputable companies with representatives that weren't idiots. Then I got into the details. I really did my homework on this, as I've been dreaming of building this shop for 20 years. I compared design attributes, methods of manufacturing for the red iron and panels, references, finishes, warranty, codes & wind/snow/weight loads, everything I could find to make an apples-to-apples comparison. From the very first phone call, ICON employees were very professional, but also made us feel at ease about things we were not sure about. We were given a schedule of things they would do and things we needed to do. Everything went perfectly. Our metal building was delivered right to our house and every single item was there.
