Best and most knowledgeable. When you talk to Bill, you will be talking to a 3rd generation plumber with all of that knowledge starting when he was 15 years old. I am learning plumbing from YouTube and tons of research and Bill’s help, and as a woman, who will be under our home doing our WHOLE HOME’S plumbing, he has not once made me feel inadequate or stupid, even if I don’t use the exact terminology and he KNOWS the proper terminology when I do use it. Nothing but encouraging! I have loved every minute of working with Bill, so much! I cannot wait to spend more time hammering out my understanding of what I need to do the job! The very best place to get old parts or something nobody else has in the city. Always take many types of pictures of the item you need parts for and Bill will know exactly what you need every time.

I took a lot of trips to Lowe’s and Home Depot but Bill here was the one to save the day. Not only did he have the experience but the actual specialty plumbing parts I needed for my upgraded sink!!!
