McCoys have always been very prompt and they are very nice to work with.

I owe McCoy an apology for something my wife posted out of hast. We had a miscommunication and both parties weren't on the same page. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service. They pumped me on a different day even though I was here to realize it, which was great on their part. They stuck the receipt in my garage door and it was blown away by the wind. Thinking I still needed pumped, I called another guy and he stated my tanks weren't bad after he pumped me. I worked it out with them and unfortunately I have to pay a bit extra, but they have a business to run. My apologies I would recommend their services to others all day long.

We called to make an appointment to get our tanks cleaned. Was told they’d be there Wednesday… no show. So we called and the lady who answers the phone said they’ll be there for sure tomorrow (Thursday) so obviously I had to be there to pay for it. Wasted my whole day because they didn’t show up again. No phone call or anything!!! Finally at 9pm the lady from the business called me to say their truck broke first thing in the morning… you’d think if they valued their customers they would call and let us know that! Instead of wasting my time. I took my business elsewhere and used Tim frank 100% better service.

Booked a septic cleaning a month out, called them around 2:30 pm on my appt day. The lady stated they would be out later on. No call, no show. Left them a voicemail the next day and still have not returned my call.

Whoever the women answering the phone is, is so rude!!!! Each time we talked to her she couldn’t have been more rude and condicending...we needed to cancel our appointment with them and the response I got was “....why?!?” It doesn’t really matter why we needed to reschedule!! They may be great at what they do, but the front lines really need work!! I’m an adult I won’t be talked to like a child!
