BEWARE...Can't not count on them to keep an appointment. Had a list of items related to a home inspection that needed to be repaired/fixed. Sent the inspection report over to Brittany, received a response back that they would review and I was "on the schedule for Thursday" the following week (1 week and a half out). Some of the work they were to perform was need in advance of the plumbers work. Went and scheduled plumbers for the day after McHenry, then booked my travel and came in town. Received an email Wednesday afternoon before the appointment stating that due to work load they were going to have to cancel. Called and spoke with Brittany and she stated that I was never on the schedule, that she was trying to get me on the schedule (despite an email saying I was on the schedule).

Our Association management office has worked with the McHenry Electric team for several years for repairs, new installations, and preventative maintenance inspections on several commercial and residential properties. McHenry Electric always follows through with quality workmanship and superior customer elation. I trust them enough to always make them my first call.
