Mcalister Flooring

We used McAlister's to do all of the flooring and tile in our condo. This included all of the tile work in our master bathroom, including the shower and tub surround, and carpet. They did an excellent job on everything! Drew was great to work with and was in constant communication with us the entire time they were working on the condo. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend McAlister's to anyone needing tile work done or carpet installed. We were new to the area and Drew also recommended a few other contractors (i.e. plumber, paint, etc.) and all of them were also great to work with!

I’m writing to share some feedback regarding our recent experience with the “Wellborn” cabinet installation. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. The professionalism and communication throughout the process were below expectations. We felt misled by the information provided, and at times, the behavior exhibited seemed manipulative rather than solution-oriented. Additionally, we are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the cabinets and the overall installation. Based on our experience, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing McAlister Flooring for cabinetry.

I cannot say enough about the service at McAlister carpet. Steve patiently helped me with my selection and Drew was very helpful with the installation. Thad and Greg are simply the best installers anywhere. They came promptly as promised, were professional, extremely courteous and left the project spotless. I highly recommend this family owned business. It’s a wonderful experience to be able to deal with a local business that has been around for years and have exemplary customer service. My whole experience with McAlister was 5 star. Drew came to measure and give me an estimate. He was thorough and answered all my questions, educating me on my options. The installers led by Jairo were so professional and experts at the trade of tile installation. My new floors are beautiful and I highly recommend this group. I had to replace my floors due to whole house flooding from Hurricane Ian. The only good thing to come out of this disaster for me has been the great work and service from McAlister, a company that has been doing business in this area for decades.

Selection & assistance was fine & installation seemed good initially. Unfortunately, few seam & imperfections became visible just a few months after installation. Representative (Drew) took months to get back to me & tried disputing my concerns even after his install crew finally came out months later & agreed with my findings. Drew then wanted to charge me for materials needed to repair. Ridiculous. Unfortunately, I'm still finding mistakes their installation team made. I encourage others to seriously shop around before using McAlister Flooring. Many better options available. Very disappointing!!! -Denis T.
