The customer service was courteous and professional. They explained the different packages they had and what each of those packages included. They also explain the reasons for each package. I got a confirmation call the day before and a text. THEY WERE ON TIME!!! WOW! I was very impressed by the respect they showed for my time. Usually, companies like this are always late but they were on point. High five for that! I was very pleased with the work, prices, and results of this company. They accept checks. I'm a very happy customer and strongly recommend this local business.

This company is disorganized and shady to their customers. Why is it that one technician charged me $275 for 225 square foot building. Yet when I spoke to another technician I'm told that they overcharged me and that it should've been $175 instead. I'm also told that the specific technician, Jose Sanchez is known for overcharging customers. I suggest you take your business elsewhere until they sort out or talk to their technicians about what is a fair charge for each job they do.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is not helpful and practically non-existent. I emailed to cancel my account in June and even paid off a remaining balance over $200, and I still get a text about setting up a service appointment. So I check the account and there they are trying to charge me for services. And of course no answer from customer service. Mind you. I have not had ANY services done Since January. Called twice and got hung up on twice.

Outstanding service! Was horrified with the amount of ticks on my property and extremely stressed over it. Derrick was extremely helpful and covered all areas, while explaining things and giving tips. After the service I had a huge sigh of relief when seeing that almost all of the ticks were dead, with a few crawling around but looking like they're going to die out soon too. I'm extremely grateful and look forward to the follow up service date! Highly recommend!
