Very friendly service, love this place. Good selection of charcoal, gas and pellet grills. Good selection of Weber, Big Green Egg and Trager grills.

I’ve been going to McCabes for years off of Montgomery road and typically the staff has always been great, but I just left without my purchases. The manager, Adam, was lazy, rude and blamed his new staff for displacement of products within the store. I selected a product for several reasons, but ultimately the cost labeled on the sticker. When I checked out the cost doubled. I asked the register to honor the price and he told me his manager said no. Adam wouldn’t even come to the front knowing the ongoing issue until the person at the register finally asked him. When he wasn’t even at the registered, he started the conversation from afar instead of arriving at the counter to resolve the issue. Unprofessional. Adam blamed his new staff and he would not honor the price in which the product

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unlike the big box stores it is easy to get help and they seem to enjoy their job. Also it is well organized, no product lying in the aisles like other places. I can be in/out in usually 5 minutes.
