These guys were referred to us from Mt. Island Plumbing. They were very courteous, communicative and fair prices. The technicians that came out were Bruce (Lead Tech.) and Joel. They exemplified professionalism, promptness and most importantly transparency about the cost of our repair, steps that need to be taken and also took the time to explain to us in details that we would understand.

I was so impressed with the service Ryan Dake and Dakota Puckett provided me today! They were prompt, courteous, professional, and skilled. They explained everything and patiently answered my questions. They were careful to keep all areas clean which I appreciated. I am so glad I called McCall Brothers for help with our well. I will certainly call them again and highly recommend them.

This company has a wonderful fast working team. They came did a repair and serviced my grinder all under an hr. Very reasonably priced. Fast and reliable.

Awesome experience. Called them after 5pm on a Friday and they came out within 90 minutes. Thought my well pump needed replacement, but it was the transformer. Matt & James were very knowledgeable and got the water back on within an hour!!

If I could leave no stars I would. We had a brand new 425' well placed on our new home in July of 2017. One year later, in August of 2018 our pump is shot and they won't even lay eyes on it without a crazy "service charge". 1 year and not even 1 whole month later my brand new well should not be giving me trouble. After paying near 10 grand on something I expect a higher quality of product and customer service.
