McCall's Supply, Inc. - Florence, SC

Went into McCall Supply looking for a specific type of air return grill. Unfortunately, they didn't carry it, but the customer service from Kevin was unacceptable. He assured me that he could order the exact grill I requested for a quoted price. Days later Kevin called me about the part delivery. I went in to purchase the air return grill and was greatly disappointed. Kevin showed me a box that was previously opened and pieces missing. The grill was not the one we discussed and he still expected me to pay a price that we didn't discuss. I told him this was not what we discussed and walked out. Beware of people pushing merchandise out the door at any cost to the customer. Avoid this business if you want specific merchandise.

The young man at the counter was very polite and helpful, however, when I asked about the return policy, just in case, the manager stepped up with a very snobby attitude drilling me with questions. One in particular was, "Are you sure you don't have a heat pump?" Dragging out every word, very slowly after I had told him numerous times what I had. I figured he felt like a female was dumb, but I've since learned that's how he talks to people. Even the techs. By the way, both stars go to the young man who was so helpful. Otherwise it would be zero stars.
