Wow! I finally heard back from them after 6 weeks. They wouldn't give me pricing without an account, so I applied for an account and it took them 6 weeks to enter my information and get back to me. Unit has already been purchased from your competition, who were able to start an account for me in less than 24 hours. Guess you don't need my business. You can just cancel that account

I needed a 2 pole 24v contacter for my daughter's air conditioner at their house. I was from out of town. So, I googled then called McCall's supply. They refused to sell to me because I was not a licensed contractor. I could understand having a higher price for a non-contractor customer... but don't refuse to sell to me... (I hope your business is good enough to survive). I went to City Electric and walked in and gave them cash and walked out with the 2 pole 24v contacter..

They are ok but if you are not a account client they won't sell you but five boxes of flex and I think that's wrong for them to do that went you paying cash for the material
