McCann Services Inc. has been a lifesaver for us. After receiving what turned out to be a suspiciously erroneous diagnosis by our previous longtime HVAC provider (who told us we were looking at an expense between $5,000 and $15,000), McCann correctly diagnosed what turned out to be a minor issue that cost us less than $250. We immediately terminated what had been a yearslong relationship and signed up for a service agreement with McCann. Special kudos to Andy, the technician who correctly identified the problem and was recently at our home for the first of our twice-yearly check-ups on the system. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I had an unexpected leak and called McCann’s Services, and they came out the same day! Andy P. went above and beyond to fix the issue, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He took the time to explain how to prevent this problem in the future, the preventive measures they used to help avoid it from happening again, and clearly detailed the steps he took to get it unclogged for us. The professionalism, responsiveness, and thoroughness were outstanding. I highly recommend McCann’s Services to all my friends and family!

I so appreciate being updated about the technician's arrival time. Andy P. explained everything that he was doing (reconnecting my AC unit to a new thermostat) and he was neat and very considerate of my home/furnishings. Andy helped me set up the thermostat Google Home app. I so appreciate the professionalism and expertise of McCann Services!

We went through several Air Conditioning service providers. We had one issue - that water was draining through our secondary line - that no one was able to resolve UNTIL we hired McCann. We have now been using them a couple years and have been extremely impressed by their professionalism. It is sometimes very challenging to find home service providers you can trust... THANK YOU!
