Cody is fantastic!!!! Not my first time using him!! My washing machine was making a troubling noise, and he arrived exactly when scheduled. He was very knowledgeable, explained the issue and even cleaned out all the built-up stuff which he didn't have to do. He was courteous, efficient, and my machine is running perfectly now. I'll definitely call him for any future appliance issues!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I call today to request service on my gas dryer. From u-tube videos, I believed it just needed to be reset. I was given tips on how to troubleshoot myself before requesting service, and it worked! I was able to reset my dryer and it works perfectly! I will definately call McCollum the next time I need service on any appliance. Very kind and helpful.

I would highly recommend McCollum Appliance Repair! They will be my first call for any future needs. Another company I called were going to just set an appointment and charge a service call before any repairs, like most companies do. Coty McCollum seriously went Above and Beyond to help me figure out the many issues I was having with our washer. He spent time with me both on the phone and texting to troubleshoot the problems. Very thankful for that service at absolutely no charge.

Our washer stopped working full of water and clothes right before my husband was leaving on a work trip. Cody fit us in, was able to get the washer open (it was stuck in the lock position), so that we could get the clothes out and dried. The service fee was very reasonable and he was able to get us pricing for replacement parts the next business day.

This is the 3rd time we have used his service. Got appointments easily and work was done in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service. Would use again definitely.
