McConnell Heating & Cooling

Our air quit working last night. After trying a few things today and being unsuccessful , I gave Rick a call. He was there within two hours and got us back up and running. Definitely saved the day as it was 77 degrees in our house and rising. Thank you Rick, you’re the best!!

My air conditioning quit working so, I called Rick. He was on vacation when I called him and I left a message on his cell phone. He called me back while on his vacation, which I thought was great of him. His first day back off his vacation, he showed up at my house to look at my a/c and found it was just a blown fuse. He replaced the fuse and made sure it wasn't going blow again. Rick is a very professional man and I definitely recommend him for any a/c or heating issues. First class man!

Great to deal with. Last winter, the hot surface ignitor failed on my furnace. Scrambling to find one @5:30 in the evening, my wife called around to a couple HVAC companies. While he didn't have one on his truck and offered to get one next day from local supply house and McConnell was also the only company to call us back. I located one with another local company that evening. This summer, my home central air quit working one evening. Some home owner quick checks and discovered compressor wasn't kicking on. Called Rick at 07:00 AM and he was able to check it out @ 09:00. He found a failed capacitor, had the part on his truck (kind of odd ball Rheem sized one) and had the unit going strong. The service was excellent, price was more than fair. Thanks again.

Rick is hands down awesome to work with. He has replaced both my furnace, and my AC now in my house. The HVAC systems in our older home were well used when we moved in, and figured we were on borrowed time. Our furnace crapped out in the dead of winter and Rick got everything taken care of within a day or two. Fast forward 4 years later, our AC decided it was done too, and again Rick came through within a day or two and got our house comfortable again for a reasonable price. He's done HVAC for other members of my family for years, and i wouldn't go anywhere else. He has never tried to upsell me, and has always tried to fix what he could before a full replacement. Thanks for taking care of our system over the years Rick!

Great experience. Explained the issue at hand and our options down the road. Prompt and friendly. Will be our A/C & Heating Co of choice from now on. Cost was better than expected for repairs made. Did not try to upsell us on a new unit which was great since most companies try to do that.
