McCormick&Bonner Oil

I ordered a 100 gallons of oil for my residence from this company. They filled my tank up and left a hefty bill. I provided my card info and ask them if they could draft it on that date which the receptionist said it was fine. I'm receiving calls from the company and wondering why. I talked to the receptionist and she tells me that my card was declined. I explained to her the prior arrangements. She keeps telling me that she doesn't know and that my card was declined. HELLLLOOOOOO! of course it was because your running my card before the arrangement date. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. If you wasn't going to honor the draft date just tell me and I would've made other arrangements. Besides! Its not my fault because you put more in my tank than I ask for. IM DONE!

Address and hours aren’t even correct online, they bounced my check 3 separate times, including taking money out of my account two days before the date of the check was written the first time, then proceeded to return and take it out two more times, and on top of that, the building they’re in doesn’t promote their business at all, but inside an attorney’s office. Can’t trust this place, too many headaches.

i have order oil from here before but like everyone else we have to find the cheapest price out there but because i have not order from this company they refuse to give me oil they said that i am a new customer and they are not taking any new customer at the moment be very careful with them because they never said any of this to us

This has to be be the worst oil delivery company ever. Last year, I scheduled an oil delivery which never came. I waited all day, yet they never came. Excuses were made and they brushed it off as a misunderstanding. This year, it was the same thing scheduled an oil delivery which never came on the scheduled day, Made several phone calls which weren't answered or returned. yet Rashad decided to come when it was convenient for him. At no time on these two occasions did anyone bother to call or anything. Adios buddy, you are not the only company that delivers oil . You are not wasting anymore of my time. and I hope you don't waste any other customer's time either. Learn how to do business. Adios

Been using them for 3 yrs and they have always showed up the next day as told. Not to mention the price is always good.
