McCoy Grading LLC

McCoy Grading completed our initial lot clearing with large tree removal, debris removal, and grading. They also installed over 500' of road with ditches. The roadway looks great and rides great, it'll be a great entry to our new lot. The grading job was excellent, very impressed, and they left the site very clean. They communicate professionally, show up when they say they will, and did more than what we expected. Great company to use. I'll have them back soon to complete our septic system, basement excavation, and final grading work. Local. Hardworking. Trustworthy. Fair. And they love what they do. Definitely recommend this company.

We built a modest house & garage & in the course of the building, we had 3 other grading contractors doing various work that was not completed to our satisfaction. Cody was hired to remove a few trees & level the driveway, both of which I requested the other contractors to do. Cody & his dad dropped the trees expertly with no damage & leveled the dirt to my satisfaction providing the correct drainage verifying the work with a lazer, moving the extra dirt along the house to level the slanted areas left by the previous work. They showed up on time with a relatively new Kabota mini excavator & skid steer to do the work quickly & expertly & kept us informed along the way. Definitely, we would recommend using them for your project.

I cannot say enough good things about McCoy grading. I have hired them for several jobs and most recently had them come out to repair a sewer line. My bathroom was "out of order" for a few days, but they made me a priority, found the problem, and fixed it in no time. The price was VERY reasonable as well. I received a quote from another company for almost three times as much as Cody charged me. I also appreciate how much time he spends with me - helping me assess the best way to do something, helping me think things through. I am so pleased to have a relationship with them. It gives me great peace of mind knowing who to call for prompt, professional, and affordable service. AND to have someone in my corner who I know I can trust! So rare these days and so valuable.

I can’t begin to express what a wonderful experience it was working with these guys! They exceeded my expectations, and at a fair price.
