Super customer-oriented people. Great service. I put in an order for some doors and had to change it in mid-production. Salomon and Angelica Villegas went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed.

I really love this place. It's a little out of the way but worth the drive. Every time I have been here, the people that work there have been super friendly and great customer services. They are very knowledgeable about their products and can help you out right away. They take the time to know your situation and offer the best advice around. I really wish there was more store like this one around.

It’s incredibly frustrating to watch good workers struggle while management appears either overwhelmed, indifferent, or simply absent. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect accountability — and right now, it seems the wrong people are being held responsible. I hope you take this feedback seriously, because I would genuinely like to continue doing business here. That said, unless improvements are made in leadership, I’ll have no choice but to take my business elsewhere — and share this experience with others who value professional service. Waiting in line for 15 minutes for a clearance price change is something I don’t want to do again.

One of the worst if not the worst McCoys to deliver to, waited one hour and thirty minutes (1:30 hr) to get unloaded i was the only truck there , fork lift guys just riding around and when i asked why the long waint they point the fingers at each other
