McCoy's Building Supply

Ordered online this past Tuesday and asked for delivery on Friday after 0800. Person (sorry forgot your name) called to confirm date as there seemed to be a mixup from website. It got cleared up and Derrick just delivered our wood order; placed it exactly where we needed it. Thanks to all the folks at McCoys for all your hard work. We just moved to the area back in August and are just getting to know the neighborhood. So glad we chose McCoys for the fast and kind delivery service!

I had a bad experience on Friday 1/16/26 with poor management. I was in line to buy a water heater and there was only one cashier at the front. She was super busy and let the customers know that she was going to get help. As she was calling for help no one assisted her and then suddenly the store manager disrespected her in front of all the customers. The manager was very rude with the cashier and overall he was unprofessional. I felt so bad for the cashier and was disgusted with the whole situation. I left and decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope the cashier is ok but McCoys management is horrible at the Richwood location. McCoys should really look into training their managers before they run stores.

Outstanding customer service! I had an issue with the quality of some lumber that was delivered. I called to let them know, and it was replaced with a better product the same day. They even sourced the replacement from a different store! Also, their delivery drivers are extremely professional and courteous. Definitely better than the big blue and orange guys.

This store decides for the customer the loading capacity per truck. I went to purchase 40 blocks of 8 x 8 x 12. The loading crew mentioned that they ate only allowed to load 20 at a time. Honestly, it was very deceptive.

Was raining when picked up wood. The lumber yard man was the best!!!
