McCracken's Carpet Cleaning & Repair

I see it's been several years since anyone has posted about their service from this company. I called about some spots on the carpet in one room. He said there is a minimum charge which I understood, so I paid a premium price for one small room. I told him they seems to be difficult spots because we had tried to clean it. After cleaning he said if they didn't go away there was something else they could try. A few days later the spots reappeared. I called repeatedly and he would not return my call. No customer service after the sale!!

Had small area of carpet stretched which turned out great. I have had other carpet cleaners and they haven't came close to the finished product I received from Mr McCracken. He is very professional and very reasonable. I would highly recommend McCracken Carpet Cleaning & Repair to anyone!

Mr. McCracken just cleaned my carpets and did a wonderful job! He was right on time, very careful with his equipment, very thorough in his work and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him and plan on using him again.

Jeff can clean carpets! One time Jeff McCracken took on a job I considered impossible. He cleaned the carpets i thought needed to be replaced. He recently cleaned some serious stains from a light color wall to wall carpet. It looks immaculate!

I called this company last week after doing a google search on carpet stretching in Tulsa, OK, when I spoke with a man representing the company over the phone he was not helpful and seemed as though he did not want my business. I asked if they stretched and cleaned carpet, to which he advised yes. I then asked if they would need the furniture moved in order for it to be done; as some companies don't require it, he then stated "I don't move furniture" to which I explained that I could move it if I needed to, but I still wanted an estimate. I gave him the square footage and explained that I will need all rooms stretched. He again said, "I'll give you a quote, but I don't move furniture. You need to call someone else".
