McCullough And Sons Well Drilling

I met with 8 different companies to have a new well drilled. McCullough was definitely the best choice. They are true professionals who know their trade. Dan and Landon were awesome to work with, great communication and very professional from start to finish. If you need a well drilled and want experts who do great work, I would highly recommend this company! Also, after having 8 different bids I can confidently say that they are very competitively priced!

I facilitated a well sealing for clients and we hired McCullough and Sons to do the job. They were one of two companies that provided an estimate. Their estimate was about $3,000 under the other company. They got the job done on a very tight schedule and worked with our handyman who removed decking to access the well. Brian was easy to communicate with and I spoke with him on several occasions before, during, and after the job. This was not a straightforward job, as the exact location of the well was unknown, but they worked quickly to get it done. The office staff was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Being in real estate, I have worked with several well companies. This one is by far the best in my experience.

I called on a Saturday morning as I had zero water pressure. Within a couple hours I had the problem fixed. Was up front with potential costs before he even showed up and was an excellent communicator. Best service ever! Highly recommended!

Did ok. The well is working. Their communication wasn't real good from the workers or the office so plan on making several calls to find out what is happening to get the job done after you get the estimate and you approve the job. Maddie in the office cut off all communication after I sent a few questions and is not discreet with private information she gave to my tenants that was not authorized. Plan on a pre-lien being slapped on your property without being informed its coming before they drill the well. Be sure to get a lien waiver once the the job is completed and you paid them. The owner shows up initally to look at the job but you will not see him again after that. Be aware the estimate does not include yard clean up or the connection of electrical and plumbing in the house. They bro

Charged me $525.00 to put a plastic coupling and a 1' piece of pipe on my well head. Never disclosed that there was a $300.00 service call fee. Tech stood in my driveway and said if I didn't pay RIGHT NOW!! that he was calling the Sheriff?? Extremely Unprofessional and I definitely will be calling a different company the next time. Beware using this company!!
