McCutcheon’s Residential Remodeling

I’m Taylor’s sister and haven’t personally hired him, but I’ve seen several projects firsthand, notably work at my mom’s house. He’s been doing hands-on work since high school, from odd jobs to larger projects like fences and gazebos, and has continued to build up his repertoire over the years. Based on the finished work I’ve seen, I’d feel comfortable recommending him.

Met with Taylor and went over the dry rot that needed to be repaired on my house prior to painting. After a few days I received a text message with a quote. I asked him to please send me a contract to protect me and him as well. I was sent an invoice instead. Never received a contract. After completing the job he sent me pictures of the work completed. There were a few items that were not fixed so i asked him to please fulfill the work we talked about, in which he did. WHen I got home I noticed that one of the trim boards was on the front of the house was not a solid piece. I asked him about this and his answer was he ran out of material. Material bought was cheap, and when my painter asked him about this, he stated that the right wood to use was a little more expensive. Overall seems li

Taylor was reliable, effective and reasonably priced. He was transparent in his services and completed them the way he described. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone that is licensed, professional and will , do things correctly without over pricing the service offered.

Taylor was very professional and did excellent work power washing my driveway. Super nice guy, easy to talk to, will definitely call on him again!
