We recently needed two plumbing repairs at our home and the team at McDermott Plumbing professionally handled both repairs. One was the repair of a broken toilet and the second was to repair a leak caused by the installation of a new dishwasher from Costco. The Costco installer was unable to properly fix a leak he caused while installing the new unit. These repairs were made on separate days and both times my call was answered promptly and the technician arrived on time with all the items he needed to execute both repairs. We are very satisfied with McDermott Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

Very disappointed in the service. Asked to have oven and stove top converted from natural gas to propane. The stove top was converted but the oven apparently was not (huge flames were noted when oven turned on). Asked them to return to do the oven, so they did. After 2nd visit, there was a burning plastic smell every time the oven was used. Given our experience with them, decided to ask someone else to take a look. Seems the oven was not properly converted and the excess heat has destroyed the interior of the oven. When contacted owner, he accepted no responsibility for the errors and is not interested in discussing how he could now make it right. Which is actually ok, as I wouldn’t trust him to do any more work on my property after this.

I had the best experience in the world with McDermott Plumbing. Travis, the owner is one of the most conscientious and knowledgeable people in the plumbing industry. He followed up with me multiple times to make sure an issue I was having was permanently solved which led to him installing a brand new water heater for me. His work is quality, my old heater used to blow out when it got windy and not anymore. I recommend him to everyone and just a great dude to work with. I would never go with another plumber after having used this company.

Like others, we only give five-star to those services that are first-rate and stand out for the quality of their service. McDermott qualifies on all fronts. We had total floor makeover for a family member that necessitated removal of a gas stove, dishwasher, two toilets, and a refrigerator. They came and removed them all and five days later came and reinstalled after a complete makeover both toilets and the dishwasher. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and best of all - flexible when we had to delay their final install by one day due to install problems that delayed the project. This is a first-rate outfit and we recommend them highly and without equivocation.
