No upselling, no gimmicks—just real, reliable workmanship at a great price. It’s rare to find a company this trustworthy and affordable these days, but they’ve definitely become my go-to plumbers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind!

Our hot water heater that had been installed by this company in 12/21 stopped working. We were quoted a price of $79 for a service call. Upon arrival the owner Drew stated that the unit needed to be cleaned. Since I've never experienced a hot water heater needing to be cleaned, I questioned if this was a defect covered under the 6 year warranty. He didn't know and had to call to find out that it was indeed covered and I was entitled to a new unit. The price for install was not covered. The quote - over $2000! That was just the labor for a job that would take 2 hours MAX. When I said we would install ourselves I was then charged for an "extended" service call to the tune of $247. It was extended because he had to take the time to make the call to find out it was covered under warranty. I

This was my first time using McDowell's P&H and I can't stop singing my praises about the fantastic work they did at my house! The job was a whole house repipe on a 4 level home, no small undertaking!  From beginning to end it could not have been a better experience. Marty came out and evaluated the work needed to be done and sent me a dollar amount range of what the cost would be (which was in line - but less - than 2 other estimates I received). 6 months later I called and said I was ready to start the project. They rearranged their schedule to respond to a well pump issue. Was greatly impressed by their communication, showed up on time and were very diligent about their work, took extra care to install additional tape and zip ties along the entire length of the well piping. I don’t believe I would have seen another contractor do as well of a job on the spicing and taping of connections especially under the the inclement weather. 10/10 on service, pricing and professionalism.

We have used McDowell Plumbing and Heating twice now, for two different services. Both times I have been blown away with how quickly they were able to get us in, and how efficient our problems were resolved. Great quality work, in a timely manner.
