Since the mid-nineties, my colleagues and I have used Glen Hardesty and his team at McEnroe for telephony. We started with the Mitel line, and diversified from there. After our collectively working with dozens of mutual clients over the last two decades, I can say that I recommend Glen without reservation. Glen and his team has consistently exceeded expectations on telephony, cabling or other services, and we have yet to be disappointed.

We've been having problems with our phones at our office for a while. After 4 months of calls, 2 visits, and telling 3 different people about our issue, we are still at the exact same place as when we started. On top of not solving our problem, the representatives that have been sent to our office have had terrible customer service, being both rude and unhelpful.

Wonderful help at our CAC with Mike who did an amazing job updating our system.
