They not only got us in when temps had reached the 90s outside, but they were able to send over a tech who diagnosed the problem using gadgets the 3 other techs we had over didn't have. They had recommended we buy a new air conditioner, but McFarlane saved us a bundle by repairing it. When we must replace, we will call McFarlane. *Joey was the tech. Excellent service.
I have edited my previous review from 1 to 3 stars. I reached out to the president of the company. Expressed my concerns. He came to my home and assessed the situation and made sure the project was done the following week and is replacing the flooring due to damages caused during the process.
Jason was very helpful in getting me what I was needing!!!
