McGinley Services Heating & Cooling

We reached out to McGinley because we were having trouble with our oil boiler wasn’t operating properly. We already had one of the big Heating and Cooling companies out. Their diagnosis and estimate seemed extreme ($3K) even to someone like me who knows something but not a lot about heating equipment. We found McGinley and they came out the next day. The tech, Chaz, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. It ended up being a simple fix and not the multiple parts the other company wanted to replace, which were less than 5 years old and turns out were worked just fine. Chaz was polite, knowledgeable, worked cleanly and patiently explained the issues and how he corrected them. Would highly recommend this company and Chaz especially if you have oil heat. Couldn’t be more satisfied

We had Charles Weiss as our service tech and Ryan was our in house rep. They are a great team. Charles was polite, respectful, and very thorough in explaining the issues with my system. We had a compressor pump and water flow valve that needed to be replaced. Charles was in and finished in just over an hour. Well done gentlemen. Very much appreciated.

Super fast reply and service call. Our tech Charles Weiss dove right in and diagnosed AND solved the problem in minutes. We had two previous visits from other HVAC companies that were less than confidence inspiring. Their solutions ranged from replace the entire system to a vague diagnosis about the ‘pump’. We will be having Charles replace a few knackered parts - infinitely better than installing a new system. More importantly he got our heat back just before some freezing nights happened. Unbelievably there was no charge for this call as it was for an estimate. Best estimate I ever got. Update: after our problem was diagnosed I scheduled a repair with McGinley.
