I used this company for a full kitchen remodel under a VA home improvement loan, and overall it was a great experience. Tim was very helpful throughout the loan process and made sure everything stayed on track, which I really appreciated given the extra complexity of VA financing. The cabinets themselves are high quality and very well built, especially for the price. After installation, we did have some minor paint cracking issues. Once brought to their attention, the team stood behind their work and handled it properly. Brendan and the crew did an excellent job with the warranty work, replacing the affected areas and making sure everything was resolved to a high standard. Tim and his crew designed and built beautiful custom cabinets for our home, and they’ve helped us with repairs to existing cabinets after a water leak. When it was discovered after the cabinets were installed that the supplier of the wine coolers had not provided a full set of specs, the cabinets had to be redesigned.
