Update (Dec 2024): MCH came back out to replaced a separate HVAC system for my house and I had another positive experience. This time they installed two hyper-efficient mini split heat pumps with solar panels. Since they partner with TVA, I got a $1500 rebate from TVA plus I'll file for the 30% federal tax credit ($2700 ) on my 2024 taxes. Crew was professional, respectful, and had a high quality of craftsmanship (including installing the solar panels on the roof). Highly recommend! Horrible service - rude and won't help. I can't recommend this company. I gave up after spending time dealing with owner. In my 40 years of property management I've never seen a company this clueless and rude. I had to find a different vendor

MCH did a great job installing a new geothermal heat pump. It was an easy, straightforward and timely process. The installers were very professional. James Lasater, the manager who was my contact, is very knowledgeable. The geothermal heat pump is a huge improvement over my old traditional heat pump, with superior efficiency and comfort, and is also very quiet.
