Rich and his crew truly go above and beyond. They came out to give us an estimate quickly, got our permit, and the only delay was due to the weather! The McHugh crew had our old roof off and new roof on in one day! We had a slight issue that Rich called me back about immediately, and even sent a crew over to make sure we were happy. The customer service Rich gives is truly phenomenal.

McHugh’s roofing is top notch. They did an excellent job on our house roof (very steep pitch) and our garage. They kept us in the loop during the whole project and they cleaned up every night. Our neighbors used them and we got several estimates but so glad we decided to go with McHugh’s. Highly recommend them for any job.

McHugh employees went absolutely above and beyond on our project. The weather was absolutely freezing everyday, but that didnt stop these guys! They worked so hard and the job came out absolutely beautiful. The guys had such a great attitude, and extremely friendly. If I could give more stars, I would.

Just got my roof replaced by McHugh. Rich is wonderful in providing quotes, meeting on time, and true to his commitment. I received estimates from other contractors and Rich gave me the best deal with great warranty. Rich came to see my roof on Wednesday, I received quotes on Friday, sent them initial deposit cheque on Monday, they secured permit on next Monday, and started the job on Wednesday. By Thursday, the work was completed including the dumpster removal, magnetic sweep, all small pieces removal etc! I got the whole project done within 2 weeks, majority of the time was just to wait for permit, the actual work took only 2 days! I was amazed with their professionalism and punctuality.
