In June of 2024, I ordered 7 pallets of St Augustine sod delivered to my home. Out of the 7 pallets; 3 of the pallets were in horrific condition. All were full of weeds I have never seen before. I have taken care of St Augustine grass for 40 years. I did call McIntyreTurf farm for a remedy; but because I had ordered through a “ middle man” Atlanta Sod; there was nothing they would do for me. They gave the credit back to Atlanta Sod. The sod costs were $3,500 and I paid $2,000 to have installed. The customer service at McIntyre was pathetic and Atlanta Sod would not return my calls. So this year, my St Augustine is looking good in all but those 3 pallet areas and now Bermuda and weeds are growing in the weakened areas. I have taken great care of my turf culturally( mowing height,
