Can I give them ten stars?!?! Our septic was backing up and they showed up super fast and the price was insanely reasonable. Mike also did an incredible job not disturbing the lawn, he only dug out the inlet/outlet and so only left two tiny bare spots, the last folks that did it removed the whole cover and there was a huge bare patch. Absolutely highly recommend!!!

Mike was extremely pleasant to work with! He worked quickly during the service. Scheduling was easy and they were flexible with dates. I will definitely use McKenna Septic again in the future!

Outstanding service. I had an emergency and Mike himself came out at the end of his day to help me. It's hot and humid today, I'm sure he's exhausted from the day and they helped me out of a bad situation and I couldn't be more appreciative. Highly Highly recommend! True customer service from beginning to the end!!! I called McKenna for a septic pump. They were able to come next day. Mike is not only professional but personable, he has great customer service along with whomever I spoke with on the phone yesterday!! And that was the best most detail septic pumping and cleaning of my tank! You can tell he cleans them as if it was his own! We went too long but thankfully not any problems occurred. Mike gave us a good honest answer on how often to get it pumped. After watching him take card of our system I would recommend them over any Northwood company!
