Every person from this company I have interacted with has been incredibly professional and kind. The technicians are all very knowledgeable and efficient, Cara was so sweet and helpful going over costs and different options for our furnace replacement, and Shannon was great at getting us scheduled for multiple appointments we needed. They are very reasonable with their pricing with the level of service they provide. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!

We had our dual heating systems inspected by McKeon. Luis did a thorough job, and carefully explained issues with one of the systems. We were very satisfied with the work. Highly recommend!! We replaced one of our systems. Tyler and Carter were very professional, arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up after them. They took the time to show me the various components and how to use the new thermostat. We are very happy with the service provided by McKeon, and will definitely use them ion the future.

Great company, Wendy and Sharon great communicators, scheduling and being helpful. Our tech, Preston is a great guy, had him over a couple times for different issues with heat pumps and hvac issues. He is always really informative and personable. These people are awesome.

We have been using this company for about 6 years. The office staff are so courteous when I schedule appointments and Preston, the HVAC tech, is very kind and knowledgeable. He always goes into great detail of what’s going on when he comes bi-annually to check out our systems. It helps me feel confident that he’s being honest and doing great work. I highly recommend the bi-annual service and we just recently signed up for the plumbing service.

I've been using D. McKeon for years. Always reliable and friendly. I usually get the same technician every time and he is super knowledgeable and trustworthy. I never feel I'm being sold something I don't need and I know the service is too notch. I wish I could have a relationship with my other service companies like I do with D McKeon.
