Worst ever. Scheduled MCP truck in advance. Apparently, they overbooked. The called 2 hours before concrete was to be delivered to say they wouldn't show up, as they chose to do a different job instead of mine. Labor was already hired. Scheduling to a later date was not an option. Ended up buying extra wheelbarrows to substitute for their pump. I will NEVER use McKinley Concrete Pumping again.
We are beyond impressed with this company! Not only are they professional and extremely knowledgeable, but also fair, easy to communicate with, quick to offer feedback when needed, clearly very skilled in their trade, and friendly as well! They cover jobs of all sizes and always provide a quality and cost effective service!
