This review is long overdue. Our pool was completed in April 2023, and after three years of use, we’ve been incredibly satisfied. I received estimates from nearly a dozen companies, and McKinney Pools stood out with the most honest pricing and overall professionalism. They brought our design ideas to life and helped us create them at our desired price point. They use Hayward equipment, which has been outstanding. The heater works quickly and powerfully, the large filter requires less maintenance, and the Hayward vacuum they provided still works remarkably well—we use it weekly and it performs like new. URGENT WARNING: Severe Professional Misconduct & Safety Hazards Executive Summary: Do not engage with this company. They ask people to remove their reviews and pretend to be concerned or aplogetic. Do not fall for it. Look at the pictures I have attached. My wife was devestated lining in their garbage thrown everywhere and the most vile workers peeing in water bottles. If this review is remove I will post it again and again and again. I do not post reviews ever but this is beyond belief. 40,000 for the train wreck they have left us with. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare characterized by gross negligence, physical intimidation, and hazardous construction. Out of Five interviews with different pool companies McKinney Pools had the best design by far. Several ways of communication will keep you updated every step of the way and we only had a few change orders which were very reasonable. For warranty reasons, it is very important to go with a solid company that will be around for years to come. Overall, a great experience!

We got estimates from 3 other companies. From the start, McKinney pools was easy to communicate with. The receptionist was nice and helpful. After having a second meeting with McKinney…. I felt satisfied having them build our pool. My husband works from home so he was able to be present as the build was happening. They built it quick and they did a fantastic job.
