After cashing a $19,133.70 check in January, 2025, for roof replacement, MCL Roofing (Elizabeth McNeil and and Dwayne) failed to do the work, even though I asked regularly when my roof would be replaced, per the contractual agreement. 10 months later I asked for the money back, since the work has not been done. Dwayne, Elizabeth McNeil, and Dustin McNeil (present at time of insurance adjuster's roof inspection and picked up the check ) stopped responding to my calls. These individuals who present themselves as roofing specialists at MCL Roofing took payment for a service which they failed to do in more than 10 months.

Drivers driving dangerously on the highway almost causing car accidents going over 100, with a giant MCL Roofing sticker on the driver door. Won’t be going to this company if this is how they operate driving.

It was a great experience working with MCL Roofing! Elizabeth was hands on, accessible and responsive throughout the entire process. All of my questions were answered promptly and patiently. They were very effective dealing with the insurance company on my claim. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They started early and by the time I came home from work, I had a new roof! The crew took only one day to put on an Architectural roof on my house. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up very well afterwards. I had a very good experience with MCL Roofing. Our roof had some wind damage after a recent storm and needed replaced. The pros at MCL did a free inspection, helped guide us through the entire insurance process, explained all the materials necessary, and then did a fine installation.
