McLaughlin Weatherization

We had a extremely positive experience having our house insulated by McLaughlin and Williams through the MassSave Program. We could not be happier with the service John and his team provided. Everyday he started by informing us which part would be insulated that day with what kind of materials. They made sure we understand what's going on every process along the way. We has a relatively small and narrow actic so it wasn't an easy nor pleasant job to do, but John and his team did their best without any complaints. They are puncture every time, working a full schedule and left later than expected some days if the situation needed. Finally the work was completed within exactly 4 days as I was told at schduling. We had a much warmer house after the Thanksgiving holiday and that's the best gift

We recently had home insulation installed by McLaughlin and Williams through the MassSave Program. We could not be happier with this company. Our first introduction with Noreen Sheridan, owner of McLaughlin and Williams which is a family owned business, was warm and welcoming. Noreen was extremely helpful with scheduling, guiding us through the process and keeping us informed and up-to-date. Her crew was courteous, professional, dependable and thorough. Her foreman, Jay Pinto, never left each day without informing us what work was accomplish that day and what work would be performed the following day. The walls that needed to be insulated from the interior were left in conditions where only paint needed to be applied. They went above and beyond and finished the job in exactly the six day

Did great work insulating a few odd areas around the house. The spray foam crew managed to get above and down the side of an attic shower we didn’t demo. The cellulose crew was efficient. Everyone was personable, flexible and professional

They are literally the worst contractors I’ve ever had in any of my homes. They have little office support, do not follow through and there were a few items missing after their departure. I would not let them insulate my dog’s house. I had another crew come to repair their work and finish what they did not do. I was beyond thrilled with the second crew through MassSave. In case you think it just a disgruntled person, MassSave came back out and agreed with my assertion

McLaughin insulated our house through the Mass Saves program and did a great job. The crew was great to work with and took the time to customize the work order once they arrived. Work we got done: -Blow-in cellulose insulation -Insulating sunroom floor -Insulating sunroom ceiling.
