He explained everything throughly - great communication - great customer service - and great work taking the old furnace out and installing the new one. He also helped solve a bird nest issue! Lacey at McLees was so wonderful and helpful when I called and said we had no heat at our short term rental. She assured me she would get someone out to my place. She sent Russell out to help me. He was super nice, and taught me a couple things about my finance along the way. I thought he was great! They will be my first call from now on!

Tim Russ and Andrew did a fantastic job switching out my 30 year old furnace and adding air conditioning. It was a challenging job in town with a tight space and venting challenge. Together they suggested the best equipment for me and did a great job on the installation. They did not leave until I was thoroughly satisfied. I've had two great experiences with McLees. The first was a furnace service appointment with Suzanne - very attentive, punctual and informative. I will definitely request her by name for furnace/AC servicing needs going forward. The second time was for my furnace not working in sub-zero temps/exhaust vent frozen. The customer service was outstanding, responding quickly to my phone call, I think her name is Lacey. And Tim, who came to my house within hours and fixed the problem. I highly recommended McLees based on these two interactions.
