Beautiful flooring. Horrible service. Owner was rude and condescending when I tried to discuss some issues with the installation. Didn’t want to talk to me, told me to have my husband call not me. Left my kitchen a mess with sawdust and debris after installation, and argued with me that they didn’t do that, even though he wasn’t here to see it. It took my daughter all afternoon to sweep up and clean. Guess we were liars. Damaged my hardwood trim when trimming the door frames, and left gaps next to walls and my bathroom sink where there is no flooring at all. Would never use or recommend this company. Was pricey for shoddy work and terrible customer service.
