We had an issue with our septic system (or so we thought) and the previous company that came to look at it offered nothing but poor customer service/communication skills and left us hanging after telling us something was wrong with a floatation device that they never came to repair... perhaps that was a blessing in disguise! Josh and Tracy with McMullen Septic came out as soon as they could and they were GREAT. Respectful, knowledgeable, and after telling us it was an electric issue and not a septic issue (honest unlike previous company!!) they offered a quick fix to hold us off a few days until we can get an electrician out here and gave us numbers for reputable electricians in the area. After buying my house a little over 3 years ago it was time to get the septic pumped. I have the upmost respect for these people. Professional service with accommodations on a Saturday, reliable with fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you for all you do.

Workers are supposed to park in the road and not my driveway. They can't follow directions, which means they probably do not do the job correctly. HIGHLY do not recommend.

Called in with an issue. They had a tech out to me within the hour. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional.

They reschedule me two time to come home, Second time they give me a time and the guy didn’t show up and totally lie. when I call them and ask I’m waiting at home. When is guy coming? so they told me they’ve been over here and some woman told him we don’t have to do it. I have a cameras all around my house and they are lying and I am home all the time, but they didn’t admit. totally waste of time mistreated people very unprofessional staff.
