Fast, professional and courteous. Got a really good vibe from the crew. We were very impressed that everyone was using safety equipment and tied and harnessed. I have never seen another roofing company use safety gear of any kind. Workmanship and quality are excellent. Roof looks beautiful.

We hired McMurray & Sons to replace our entire roof on both our Manufactured Home and the garage. The project required a complete removal and replacement of old shingles and several damaged sheets of plywood. The project was scheduled for a late Spring install and due to good weather and availability they called in February to start the job the very next day. This was not a simple task and assumed the job would take several days. Knowing we have a disabled family member living in the home who is bedridden, Troy the project manager showed up with his army of professionals and knocked it out in one day! This morning while driving to work on south 101 corridor in the rain, their truck came up behind me without its lights on. I try to signal to them to turn their lights on. Their driver chose to speed past me using the left lane off ramp & on ramp lanes (extremely illegal and unsafe), cut me off nearly causing a collision and flipped me the bird in response. When we got to a slow down, he just kept yelling at me. He was driving a mcmurrays and sons work truck. Not sure if its an employee or the owner idk. Just figure folks should be aware of the type of people before they do business with them. Dont seem to hold people's safety in high regard

The finished roof was satisfactory but they had to cut down the fascias. Honestly, I feel a kid could have done a better job. They were cut unevenly and large gaps were left as well as unnessary vertical cuts into the boards in several places. I expected a much better end result especially for the price they charged. I had Alves Inc put a new roof on another property of mine a few years ago. I was much more pleased with their workmanship. Custumer service at McMurray and Sons left a lot to be desired as well. Not a pleasant outcome at all.

McMurray & Sons have always done an awesome job me. I have had some tough roofs on our commercial building for them to work on the last few years, so far they have completed 4 of the 5 roofs I need redone on my building. Billy had always provided top notch customer service. One thing with reroofing is you can almost guarantee something will go wrong as it is not a brand new building. Billy has always worked with me, problem solved, and did what was necessary to complete the job. I am truly grateful for all the work McMurray has done for me and look forward to next year’s roofing project.
