From my very first phone call I was impressed and grateful to have found a company to work on my Mendota fireplace that hadn't been functioning properly for over a year. Lou was able to come out quickly to assess the problem and Marshall kept me updated with a timeline and the cost for repair. Communication and customer service was outstanding. The day of the repair Lou went above and beyond to make our fireplace like new again. The whole family (pups included) are thankful! Absolutely recommend!

We had our gas fireplace repaired today. Lou, the technician that McNamara Services sent was amazing! He was thorough and took his time to do the job right. He made sure to do do a final quality check to make sure all gas lines were sealed and running properly. He also laid down a tarp to be careful with dust and his tools. I really appreciate a repair tech who is respectful and professional and he was. Highly recommend McNamara Services and especially Lou!! 🍀

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Lou from Mcnamara arrived early, laid out the drop cloths, completely hauled over this mendota gas fireplace, and walked me through all its functions and features. Pretty sure Lou left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived... very knowledgeable, thorough, and works efficiently.

McNamara services are an excellent and very professional company. They came today at very short notice to fix an issue with my fireplace and serviced it also. Louis was the technician.He is very good at his profession , really knows what he is at. He was very clean & tidy with his tools and lay everything down carefully and neatly on the floor along with a cover cloth so not to damage anything. He works very silently and got the job done . Left everything spotless when finished. And to add to everything, what a gentleman . Very polite, and very professional to chat with.
