McNeely's Store & Rental - Hendersonville

Rented a pressure washer in Hendersonville. I got great equipment and excellent service. When we discovered a problem with the hose during use they provided a replacement right away. To make up for lost time they extended the rental without charging more and even gave us a discount upon return.

Excellent customer service from the rental to the return. Their product knowledge was great, everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I will never rent any equipment from big box stores again. Happy I found McNeely’s

Mcneely’s Hendersonville store is ran by really good people. Lou the store manager was super helpful helping me with a new toro mower. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances but Lou was understanding about it. I hope to do Business with them again.

Of course they have a great selection of newer rental machinery, parts and outdoor power equipment, but Hendersonville Mcneely’s has a great group of people. They work together, are friendly and always helpful. If for some reason they don’t have what you need, they will help you find a solution. I wish I could post 6 stars.

At first I thought this was going to be a great place to rent from. The process did seem very easy to rent and the staff seemed very patient in the process. However, my trailer’s size and the bobcat reserved ended up not being a good fit. Never used a bob cat and asked the representative the specs and sounded like it would work but the information provided was completely inaccurate based on accommodating my need. So paid for the rental and left the rental there because it wouldn’t worked. Was told to call back in the morning, and did we agreed that none of the machines they had at the time would work for my needs. So ofcourse then a refund was requested since we wouldn’t be doing business together. Then I tried to rent from a place called Papertown Equipment Rental in Canton NC(don’t rent
