Mcshea contracting (kissimmee division)

They are stripping the roads here in Sanford Florida, at night parking outside of an apartment building with there diesel engines running... 5 big trucks ... I asked them if they could move the trucks to a location across the street where the fumes and motor noise won't disturb the tenants... The job foreman responded that across the street isn't convenient for him .. Which makes no sense, in other words if they can't park there they can't get the job done... why do these road contractors hired by the city of sanford act like there God's... with absolutely no consideration for the people of the city that pays there taxes covering there ability to perform work here ? Just a rude inconsiderate lead mam .
