Mcswain mason provided excellent service and flooring. I couldn't be happier with the floor sanding and staining as well as the hardwood install. The logistics for installing new hardwood floor with sanding old floor and installing new steps worked out quite well. I liked that I got the pre finished wood which made it easier on me and I was able to be in the house each evening. The sales team worked together helpfully. I had follow up questions which were handled professionally. I do recommend mcswain of mason Ohio very highly without any reservations.

Selection process was easy. Installation scheduling was easy, they were only 2 weeks out. Install process was pretty quick, took 3 days in total for the whole install which was Office, Great Room, Kitchen, Morning Room, Pantry, Coat Closet and the laundry room. McSwain has done 3 flooring jobs for me and I’ve been highly satisfied with all of them! Last fall they installed Coretec calypso oak luxury vinyl floors on my main level. I loved the flooring so much I had the same vinyl installed upstairs 5 months later. Then I had the carpet redone on the steps (kept carpet on steps for safety) as the final job. All the installers and sales people have been super helpful and professional! I’ll be back when I’m ready to update the basement flooring! :)

My entire experience was wonderful, from the sales person being very knowledgeable and patient as I was choosing my carpet selection to the installation! Everything was top-notch!
