McVay Brothers Siding & Windows

Professional and friendly service. The siding installers, Jay and Dan, were incredible and such perfectionists! Exactly what we wanted. Plus they never minded interruptions to our questions about parts of the installation. Ran out of time so could not get the house painted until spring but even so we have had so many compliments on how our house looks! Would definitely recommend Spokane Valley McVay Brothers.

In 2010 we purchased 13 windows for the mobile home we purchased in Yuma.AZ. In 2009, We took the measurements of the existing windows. We contacted McVay Brothers with the measurements. They made the windows to the sizes we needed. We picked them up and hauled them to Yuma. (didn't break any!) Installed them and as of this date November 2025. They all work well and we have had no problems with them. They were very well made. I want to thank McVay Brothers for a job well done.

We had some siding repairs done, new windows and a slider door installed, and new gutters installed. We are very pleased with the siding and windows. However, all the little things that needed to be fixed took forever to resolve. They need to work on their communication, both internal & with customers. The gutters were installed last, just before snow fell last year. When we cleaned the gutters out this fall, we found several brackets that weren't attached to the house, including a four foot span over the slider door, and a downspout that was not attached to the gutter. We just fixed all the problems with the gutters ourselves as we weren't willing to go through what it took to get them to fix anything.

We got new siding and it looks AMAZING! Thank you McVay. We went with a blue, vertical, wood grain siding with white accents. It truly looks wonderful. The men who did the work, Keith and Kevin were top notch as well. Very friendly, kind, hard working and told us what to expect every day. The left our yard, front and back, clean, just as the my found it. They allowed our dogs to go outside when needed and didn’t mind the interruptions every few hours. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with McVay Brother’s and our siding project. Thank you again McVay!!
